Full replacement of the bathroom floor, replacement of pipework and installation of extractor fan.
The work included:-
- replace floor joist where required |
- replace shower trap and waste pipe |
- replace sink waste pipe |
- fit new flooring to include 6 mm backing board to stop any flex |
- lay new tiles including tile skirting |
- reinstall sink, toilet & shower |
- re-silicone where applicable |
- replace 4 inch (high volume) timed extractor fan |
The client was extremely please with the results. Replacing tiles which fitted in with the character of the bathroom and having the piece of mind that pipework is secure.
